2024 Service Rate Update

Starting 1/1/2024 Our service rates will increase. Monitoring will increase by $1.00 to $1.50 per month, most only $1.00 per month. Service call rate is now $95 plus labor. Labor varies on how many techs visit your location. 


All this due to insurance rates constantly increasing.

SYSTEM BATTERIES

Your system uses a 12v DC back-up battery. They are available from us, a battery store or a box stor

 

Your system uses a 12v DC back-up battery. They are available from us, a battery store or a box stores such as Home Depot. If you purchase one yourself, get a 12v DC with 6 to 8ah capacity. They look like this.

When replacing, use caution as they are heavy. Connect the red wire to the red terminal and black to black.

Put a date on it so you know when you replaced it.

HELPFUL STORM INFORMATION


During a storm, you may lose power. If the power is out too long, the system may become unstable.

If this occurs, simply disconnect the system battery until your power is restored. You'll only need to remove one wire, red or black.

Once power is back, reconnect the battery.

The battery will recharge with-in 24 hours. Low battery messages may be displayed. Press reset to clear message allowing you to arm your system.

Send us a message if the low battery persists.
